Olga Jobe is a seasoned professional in real estate development, finance and investment in New York City. Ms. Jobe has sourced and closed on more than $800 million in financing for affordable projects ranging in size from 60 units to 263 units. Her career began as an associate at Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP working on private equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions before returning to graduate school to pursue a degree in Real Estate Development.
Since 2006, Ms. Jobe has sourced financing and managed the predevelopment and construction of affordable and supportive housing projects in the Bronx, Brooklyn and Southeast Queens with Breaking Ground, Comunilife, Inc. and Habitat for Humanity New York City. Her current role is as a Senior Vice President at Forsyth Street Advisors.
Ms. Jobe earned a Bachelor of Arts at New York University, a Juris Doctor from Fordham University and a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from Columbia University.
