Benjamin holds a master’s degree in water resources engineering with twenty (20) years’ professional experience in water resources planning and management, hydro-meteorological data evaluation and analyses, operational hydrology, water balance and allocation studies, climate related disaster analysis, and development and application of Decision Support Systems (DSSs) to address a wide range of water resources management challenges. He previously worked with the Ministry of Water and Environment in Uganda, the private sector, and has spent half of his career in the area of transboundary water resources management; first with the Nile Basin Initiative (NBI) in various portfolios, and currently with the Lake Victoria Basin Commission where he is in charge of Data and Information Management among other things.
