His proven experience covers a wide range of water resources topics and themes, including transboundary water resources issues and challenges, policy instruments, legal and institutional frameworks, safeguards and standard procedures, conflict mitigation and resolution, arbitration and negotiation, outreach and advocacy, communication, and stakeholder engagement. He is familiar with developing and employing transboundary water resources strategic assessments, employing analytic tools and modeling, cooperative river basin water resources analysis and consensus building, development of water resources atlases and SOBs, river basin "hydromet" monitoring, and Decision Support Systems as well as knowledge portals and employing them as a means of informing and enriching the riparian dialogue.
