Vitaliy is a graduate student at Texas Tech University. Before coming to Texas Tech in 2016, Vitaliy worked as a Visiting Instructor of Finance and Economics at West Texas A&M University where he got his bachelor’s in International Business and MS in Finance and Economics. He also worked for a WT Entreprise Center (business incubator) in Amarillo, TX. While at West Texas A&M University, he helped to develop two entrepreneurial classes—New Venture Creation and Entrepreneurial Process and Launch. During Fall 2019, he taught New Venture Creation class at the Rawls College of Business.
His research interests include Entrepreneurial Ecosystems, Small Business Development and Growth, Angel Investing, Crowdfunding, and Public Policy and Entrepreneurship.
