TailorBuilt Solutions, LLC (TBS) launched in 2021, but the foundations of the company were laid in 1986 when Joel House entered the public safety software development marketplace. Joel and his TBS partners, Thomas Bounds, Theo Reaves, and Tommy Alderman, offer more than 100 years' worth of combined experience in the public safety arena, including the development, integration, implementation, training, and support of critical I.T. systems, as well as the development of long-lasting, trusting relationships with their partners in agencies at all levels of government, from local to federal, as well as the United States military.
