80/20 is a T-slot aluminum building system used to construct framing, guarding, and mounting structures without welding or fabrication. Profiles, fasteners, panels, and accessories connect with basic hand tools, which makes the system fast to assemble and straightforward to modify. When a layout changes, sections can be expanded, reduced, or repositioned rather than rebuilt. The profile offering covers more than 100 extrusion types across the 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 40, and 45 series, ranging from light 1 inch profiles to heavy-duty 3 inch and larger shapes. Profiles are available in clear and black anodize, with safety yellow powder coat on select options. Most profiles are stocked for fast delivery. Connection methods range from external brackets and gussets to fully hidden internal fasteners, so structures can be built for visible strength or a clean finished appearance. On the plant floor, 80/20 supports several common applications. Machine guarding combines T-slot posts with framed wire mesh, integrated doors, handles, interlocks, and floor mounts to enclose automated cells. Robot pedestals, mounting plates, and cart kits provide stable bases for cobots and fixed arms. Workstations, enclosures, and protective fixtures round out the system, along with motion components such as linear rail and lift systems.
