Lysa Fox is the Head of Musical Theatre at Western Illinois University in Macomb, Illinois. Her MFA in Acting/Directing is from California State University Long Beach. A native of Montana, she is the co-founder of Venture Theater in Billings, MT, which she nurtured for fifteen years and where she served as Youth Education Conservatory Director and eventually Artistic Director. She also taught at the Orange Country High School for the Arts and was the Education Director at the Long Beach Playhouse. Along with being a director and choreographer, Lysa is also an accomplished vocalist and cabaret performer as well as an improv actress. She is pleased to join the KCACTF as the MTI Coordinator for her inaugural adventure.
