Madison Audubon is a nationally-accredited land trust that works with members of the community to protect and restore native landscapes for birds, mammals, insects, humans and more to use and enjoy. Our 2,000+ acres include diverse habitats from wetlands to oak savannas, and are being actively restored to their native glory. Our education department offers nature learning for schools, community centers, and adults. Citizen science programs allow for community members to learn more and contribute meaningful knowledge to bird conservation. Advocacy efforts help protect legal protections of birds. Birds make life better!
