The mission of Hospice in the Pines is a labor of love willingly undertaken by the Board of Directors, staff and volunteers. Hospice in the Pines Inpatient Unit- This medical facility provides continuous skilled care 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It is staffed by an extraordinary team of Hospice in the Pines professionals. This facility offers reserved parking and comfortable living areas for both patients and families. Each room is completely furnished and wheelchair accessible. The Joe W. Elliott House- This 30 private room facility provides inexpensive lodging for patients and families traveling to the Lufkin area for medical services. Our rates are currently $25 per night. Staff resides on site 7 days a week.
