Reservations must be done by calling the Hotel at 603-374-6700. To receive the discounted rate, you must mention the NH Emergency Dispatchers Association. Deposit Policy: For bookings made 14 days or more prior to arrival on a multiple night stay, a deposit of 50% of the reservation value is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be charged 14 days prior to arrival on the credit card given at the time of booking. For one night stays full payment is due at the time of booking. For bookings made 14 days or less prior to arrival, full payment is due and includes a $75 non-refundable booking fee. Individual reservations must be canceled 8 days prior to arrival for deposit to be refunded minus a $75 cancellation fee. Reservations will automatically lose 100% of deposit if cancelled within the 7 days prior to arrival. Early departures will be billed for full reserved stay.
