Aldersgate Apartments Four-bedroom apartments are available in Aldersgate housing. Apartments have four bedrooms with two single beds in each (eight beds total), two bathrooms, a sitting area and kitchen (no cooking supplies or utensils provided). Apartments are basic. There are no elevators. These are ideal for a large family, or for two families to share as you can easily close off your two bedrooms and bathroom from the living space. Due to limited availability, Aldersgate Apartments are reserved for families with young children. Linens A towel and washcloth, pillow, sheet set, and blanket are provided for on-campus housing. We will not have extras available. If you anticipate needing additional items, please bring them with you. Campus Housing Information On-campus housing is available from Thursday night through Sunday morning. If you plan to arrive Thursday evening, you may collect your key in the lobby of your assigned Residence Hall. All others checking in on Friday or Saturday can collect their keys at Registration in the Kinlaw Library. If you are arriving after 10 p.m., please call the number on the door to gain access. Checkout must occur no later than 10 a.m. on Sunday. Staff will be on-call in Residence Halls as needed. Phone numbers are posted throughout each building and on the entrance doors. Guest Services is also available to provide assistance. If you are unable to reach the on-call staff for your residence hall you may contact campus security through the Asbury Switchboard at (859) 858-3511 x0. Please keep your key with you at all times to avoid being locked out. Campus Housing Check Out Before heading home, be sure to turn in your residence hall room key at the front desk in Glide-Crawford and Johnson. If you are staying in Aldersgate, you can leave your keys in the drop box of the apartment lobby, next to the exit door. Because of preparations for events immediately following Reunion, we ask that you please remove all items from the Residence Halls by 10 a.m. on Sunday.
