Reservation Cut-Off Date: April 04, 2026 Reservations must be made by 11:59PM (CST) on the cut-off date to ensure the discounted group rate. Event attendees can now a room by using the website link or you can call 1-877-840-8236, mention group code "908". Once you get onto the website, you need to: 1. Click the "Visit the booking page..." in the blue box in the middle of the page. 2. On the next screen, update the number of nights at the top (it defaults to 1). Be sure to click "Done" and "Update". 3. The date range of your reservations will be on a single date on the calendar in green. Click on the green box on the calendar. That takes you to select your room. 4. Click "Quick Book" and go from there. Please note: The hotel started charging for parking. However, conference attendees receive complimentary parking for the duration of our meeting; however, you must validate your parking when you arrive. Overnight Hotel Guests: 1. Pull into the hotel lot 2. Check in at the front desk and give them your license plate number 3. A pass will be assigned to your vehicle 4. Should you leave the parking lot and return, this process does NOT need to be completed again If you're not staying at the hotel: 1. Pull into the hotel 2. We will have a QR code at Registration for you to scan for validation. You will need to know your license plate number to receive the complimentary parking. 4.
