Residence Halls (the dorm) Residence Hall rooms will be available in Glide-Crawford and Johnson. Each room has two single beds. Glide-Crawford and Johnson have a shared bathroom on each hall, designated by gender. Note: Rooms are basic. There are no decorations, TVs, phones, lamps nor rugs. Linens A towel and washcloth, pillow, sheet set and blanket is provided for on-campus housing. We will not have extras available. If you anticipate needing additional items, please bring them with you. Campus Housing Information On-campus housing is available from Thursday night through Sunday morning. If you plan to arrive Thursday evening, you may collect your key in the lobby of your assigned Residence Hall. All others checking in on Friday or Saturday can collect their keys at Registration in the Kinlaw Library. Checkout must occur no later than 10 a.m. on Sunday. Staff will be on-call in Residence Halls as needed. Phone numbers are available in the main lobby of each building or on signs on the entrance doors. Guest Services is also available to provide assistance. The front doors of campus housing are locked each night at midnight. After-hours access is available by contacting campus security through the Asbury Switchboard at (859) 858-3511 x0 Campus Housing Check Out Before heading home, be sure to turn in your residence hall room key at the front desk in Glide-Crawford and Johnson. If you are staying in Aldersgate, you can leave your keys in your apartment. Because of preparations for events immediately following Reunion, we ask that you please remove all items from the Residence Halls by 10 a.m. on Sunday.
