The Hyatt Centric, Beale Street Memphis, is the location for our conference sessions and dinner reception. The Centric is a boutique hotel nestled in an historic downtown neighborhood known for its lauded music venues, Southern hospitality and Memphis-style barbecue. Located on Beale Street, also known as “Home of the Blues,” and situated on the banks of the Mississippi, the hotel offers easy access to the city’s famed entertainment district and University of Memphis. Rooms at this special nightly rate and are available with a king bed or two double beds. The main conference nights to book are April 24-27, however this rate is also available to Friendship Force members for three nights either side of those dates. BREAKFAST Rates do not include breakfast, however there are numerous breakfast spots right around the hotel for varying budgets. Alternatively, you can purchase a breakfast at the Hyatt Centric for $20 per person. PORTERAGE Please be aware that the Hyatt charges $16 per person, per trip, for porterage.
