Here's a few notes that will come in handy throughout the show.

Contact Heartland staff

Gender inclusive bathrooms. Located on floor three in the Ontario exhibit hall and on floor 5.

Quiet room. Available in Monet on the 4th floor during the following hours, with water, soft drinks, and a charging station.

Member lounge. A new feature of our trade show floor is a centrally-located member lounge, staffed by board members, featuring a charging station and a candy break. Visit the member lounge any time during show floor hours to talk to knowledgeable board members, get guidance on the show or bookstore operations, or just to take a seat.

Chill zone. During the bus tours, board members will be “chilling out” in the lounge on floor 3 where the registration desk is located. Bus tour tickets are sold out, but if you want to visit stores, meet in the chill zone adjacent to registration at 9:15 am to form DIY store tours, especially if you have a car with extra seats for new friends.

Ticket swap board. If you can no longer attend an event you bought a ticket for, visit the registration desk and ask staff to post your available ticket on the ticket swap board. If you want to share this info before the show begins, text us at the contact info listed above.
