NL Een Open Cirkel op uitnodiging van de Deep Democracy Days, een internationale conferentie die dit jaar in België doorgaat. Deep Democracy is een zienswijze en methodiek rondom besluitvorming en conflicten, ontstaan in Zuid-Afrika, een land waar geweld al ontelbare wonden heeft geslagen. Hoe gaan we als mens om met gebeurtenissen zoals die van 22 maart 2016 in Brussel, is een vraag die in het hart van Deep Democracy leeft en resoneert. Deze Cirkel staat open voor iedereen en verwelkomt daarnaast een vijftiental conferentiedeelnemers uit verschillende landen. Je kan de taal spreken waar jij je comfortabel bij voelt (EN, FR, NL), we vertalen waar nodig.

Tijdens deze Cirkel creëren we een kwalitatief moment waarin we even stil worden en we vanuit wat in ons leeft een stukje van onze ervaring kunnen delen met elkaar. Ieder doet dit op zijn of haar manier: door iets te vertellen, door te luisteren, met muziek, een beeld, stilte, ... Aanwezig zijn is voldoende, iedereen kan het woord nemen, maar dat hoeft niet. Een Cirkel wordt gefaciliteerd door 2 professionele begeleiders. Ieder kan zijn of haar taal spreken.

FR Un Cercle ouvert dans le cadre des Deep Democracy Days, une conférence international qui a lieu cette année en Belgique. Deep Democracy est une approche et méthode pour la prise de décision et la gestion de conflits; née en Afrique de Sud, un pays où la violence a déjà causée tant de blessures. Quelle réponse donner en tant qu'humain aux évènements tels que ceux du 22 mars à Bruxelles / Zaventem est une question qui vit et résonne dans le coeur du mouvement de Deep Democracy. Ce Cercle est ouvert à tous et nous accueillerons une quinzaine de participants à la conférence venus de différents pays. Tu peux y parler la langue dans laquelle tu te sens le plus comfortable (FR, NL, ANG) et nous traduirons si nécessaire. 

Dans ce Cercle nous créons un moment de qualité lors duquel nous nous recueillerons et partagerons une partie de notre ressenti autour de cet événement. Chacun à sa façon : en racontant quelque chose, en écoutant, avec de la musique, une image.  Votre seule présence suffit. Tout le monde peut prendre la parole, mais personne n’est obligé de le faire. Un cercle dure au maximum 1h30 et est facilité par deux accompagnateurs professionnels. Chacun pourra parler dans sa langue.

EN An Open Circle in the context of the Deep Democracy Days, an international conference that takes place in Belgium this year. Deep Democracy is an approach and a method for decision making and handling conflict, born in South-Africa, a land where all kinds of violence have inflicted innumerable wounds. How do we deal with events such as the 22nd of March 2016 in Brussels/Zaventem is a question that resonates deeply in the heart of Deep Democracy. This Circle is open to everyone and also welcomes fifteen conference participants from different countries. You can speak the language you feel comfortable in (EN, FR, NL) and we will translate if needed. 

In this Circle we create a quality moment in which we stand still and become quiet. From that place we share what we want about our experience... each one of us in their own way: by saying something, by listening, with music, an image...  Being present is enough, everybody can speak but doesn't have to. A circle lasts max. 1,5 hours and is facilitated by 2 experienced facilitators. Everyone can speak their own language.
