Once you begin the registration process you will see and select your breakout sessions. Some sessions have limited capacity. You will be able to to review your registration selections before finalizing registration and making your payment.

Lunch will be provided during the conference. Please let us know on your registration form if you have any dietary restrictions or food allergies that need to be taken into consideration.

Childcare will be available for conference attendees. Childcare will be provided during conference hours by Imprints Cares at their facility located at 711 Coliseum Plaza Ct, Winston-Salem, NC 27106. Pricing is $45 for the day. Imprints Cares will provide morning/afternoon snack and children will need to pack their lunch. Imprints Cares will consult with you if your child has special needs. You will be able to add this registration to your conference ticket. Imprints Cares will follow up with additional details and will collect necessary information to ensure quality care.

There will be a professional photographer on-site during the conference to take headshots for attendees. If you are interested, please indicate so on the registration form. This will not affect your price of admission or obligate you to a session. It does allow us to share your contact information with the photographer. The photographer will reach out to you before the conference to provide package options and prices and schedule a time slot for your photo session.

Only one ticket can be purchased per transaction. There is information we need from each attendee to help us personalize the experience and plan accordingly. For group sales please contact the event organizers using the contact form found on this website.
