Program Overview
Join the experts of NewYork-Presbyterian/ Columbia Surgery’s Pancreas Center Team for the 18th Annual Pancreatic Cancer Awareness Day. This program has been designed by our Faculty to help patients and their families fully understand pancreatic cancer and make a stressful time easier by arming learners with quality information as well as a comprehensive support network. In addition to innovative clinical lectures on topics such as; prevention, advances in surgery, medical & radiation oncology & genetics, several survivors will share their personal experiences helping those better understand what to expect. Our panel of experts will host an interactive Q&A session followed by a meet & greet with light food fare, giveaways and valuable information. Participating vendors will share wellness tips, nutritional information, outline support services available and much more! The program is being offered in-person or you may opt to attend virtually.
