Taking place in Chicago, Zenith Officer Institute is Phi Kappa Tau's largest officer training program intended for Chapter Presidents, Treasurers, Recruitment Chairmen, and Membership Orientation Officers. Chapters are expected to send all four of their newly elected (or returning) officers to the program. Participant substitutions may be made on case-by-case basis and with enough advance communication.
The deadline to register is December 4th, 2026. We encourage you to have your officer elections by the end of the first week in November to ensure the new officers have ample time to plan their attendance. The program will take place January 7-10 at the Marriott Chicago O'Hare (8535 West Higgins Road, Chicago, IL 60631).
Up to 90% travel cost reimbursement may be available from your Chapter Educational Grant Fund through the Phi Kappa Tau Foundation. If you need assistance please contact your Chapter Services Consultant and we can connect you with the Phi Kappa Tau Foundation.
Participants will be expected to arrive by 2:30 PM CT on Thursday, January 7 and depart by 11:00 AM CT on Sunday January 10. Participants flying in will be expected to fly into Chicago O'Hare Airport, those flying into Midway will be responsible for their own transportation to the conference hotel.
