Regional Conference - Zeta Alpha, Belmont University

Taking place on the campus of Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee, Phi Kappa Tau Regional Conferences assemble brothers from across their geographic region to learn side by side, share with each other, and connect in the name of brotherhood. Open to all members (actives and associate members alike), regional conferences combine learning through sharing of stories and experiences, and the exchange of ideas and practices.

At the conclusion of our day of sharing & learning, we will CELEBRATE Zeta Alpha as the winner of the Roland Maxwell Award, followed by a "Multi-Chapter Brotherhood Celebration" hosted by Zeta Alpha.

All members of the chapters attending are invited and welcome. Actives and Associate Members. No "title" required.

Register by ASAP so we know how many to expect and to make sure we have ample food on hand.

*The following meals we will provide include: Saturday lunch as you arrive, and Saturday dinner.

The program will take place Saturday, September 26 on the Belmont University campus.

NOTE: Belmont University is Central Time...so for those of you on eastern time YOU are an hour ahead...so take care to know the time and show up at 11:00am CST.

ATTENDANCE EXPECTATIONS: Stay for it all. The sessions on campus...the award celebration...dinner afterwards...AND the brotherhood celebration at the end. Don't be the guy who bugs out early. We plan food and everything according to registrations, so stay for everything.

Dress code is business casual Saturday: dress pants (slacks/chinos) & collared  shirt/sweater. You cannot wear graphic tees or hats.  Best choice...a Phi Tau shirt!

Anyone deciding to stay at a hotel should handle booking and payment individually, on their own, though there is opportunity for some CEG reimbursement. Up to 50% travel cost reimbursement may be available through your CEG (Chapter Educational Grant) fund through the Phi Kappa Tau Foundation. If you need assistance please contact your BOG and/or Chapter Services Consultant, and we can connect you with the Phi Kappa Tau Foundation.
