Teachers Conference 2025
This conference is geared towards current history and government teachers, school administrators, and college/university faculty. (Registration ends July 1, 2025)

This conference is designed to equip public and private school teachers with principles and techniques that were used in early American education and thereafter for decades. Teachers will also have the unique opportunity each day to handle original documents from our library of 100,000 items related to early education and American history. This unique conference is designed to be informative and encouraging to teachers to help them make a greater impact on their students and ultimately the nation at large.

By registering for this event, you are agreeing to the terms and agreements, as well as the cancellation policy outlined below.

Terms & Agreements

By registering for this event, you agree to the following:

  1. No Unregistered Participants
    Because this is a teachers conference, geared specifically towards teachers (and the fact that there is very limited space available), unregistered participants (including spouses, children, friends, etc.) are not permitted to attend.

  2. Prohibition of Food and Drinks:
    Food and drinks are strictly prohibited within the museum floor, vault, and restoration areas. Outside food and drinks with lids are allowed in the Education Center.

  3. Artifact and Display Handling:
    Handling of artifacts or displays is allowed only with explicit permission and supervision from a museum staff member.

  4. Photography and Recordings:
    Flash photography is strictly prohibited. Please contact the event coordinator for permission to audio or video record. 

  5. Right to Refuse Service:
    For the protection of our artifacts and the safety of all attendees, we (WallBuilders and its affiliates) reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

  6. Cancellations and Refunds:
    Please refer to the cancellation policy for the refund schedule.

  7. Media Release:
    I grant and convey to the WallBuilders and its affiliates all right, title, and interests in any and all photographs, images, video, or audio and other audio/visual recordings and related excerpts of me or others I bring onto the property or my likeness or voice made by the WallBuilders and its affiliates in connection with my participation at The Training.

By registering for this event, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions. Failure to comply with these rules may result in ejection from the premises without refund. Thank you for your cooperation in preserving the historical truths about our Founding Fathers’ faith and the religious principles they established.

Cancellation Policy

Refunds will be issued based on the following time schedule:

In the event of a cancellation initiated by the WallBuilders team, every effort will be made to fully refund attendees as quickly as possible. Additionally, if you are not a teacher, your registration is subject to review and approval. If you are not permitted to attend you will be fully refunded.

In the event of an attendee cancellation, refunds will be issued on the following schedule:

*Cancellations prior to June 30, 2025 - 100% refund (minus $15 admin fee)
*Cancellations made between July 1, 2025 & July 6, 2025 - 50% refund (minus $15 admin fee)
*No Show or Cancellation the week of - 0% refund (exceptions for emergency cancellations available upon approval)
