Youth for Truth is a program established by the Presidential Communications Operations Office (PCOO) that seeks to engage the youth in combating fake news through its Dismiss Disinformation campaign and to provide an opportunity to every youth in carrying out their advocacies and participating in national issues by voicing out their opinions and standing up for their rights.

Youth for Truth Caravan serves as an avenue to gather all the youth across the Philippines to connect with, exchange ideas, opinions, and inspirations through conduct of sessions led by renowned speakers of the country.
