2021 BDD Quantum Leap Workshop
2021 BDD Quantum Leap Workshop
April 28, 2021 - June 01, 2023  ·  Loews Vanderbilt Plaza

                                                                                  *SOLD OUT*

We are very excited about our 2021 Quantum Leap Workshop series, and we hope you can join us at our annual workshop in April in Nashville, Tennessee. Brokerage Design and Development (BDD) is the company Centaurus contracts with each year to provide world-class training designed solely to increase the profitability and professionalism of your business.  BDD’s “Quantum Leap Workshops” are unique because BDD hires professional trainers and successful branch managers and registered representatives – your peers – to teach (not just share) how to prospect, how to run your businesses efficiently and productively, and how to use timely sales ideas to grow revenues.

Why are they called “Quantum Leap Workshops”?  The answer is simple.  A quantum leap is a sudden large increase or advance.  Whether you want to take your production from $75,000 to $150,000 or from $750,000 to $1.5 million, these workshops can help you make that leap.  Over the years, we’ve witnessed scores of representatives successfully achieve their goals of business growth by implementing the ideas taught at these workshops.  In fact, every year at our Leaders Conference, Centaurus recognizes individuals who have achieved a “quantum leap” in their production.  In the past five years, Centaurus representatives have earned 129 Branch Manager and Individual Quantum Leap Awards!

We have lined up some phenomenal keynote speakers for this year’s Quantum Leap Workshops and know you will take away some great ideas to implement in your practice. In addition to our keynote speakers, we have also invited Centaurus top producers and industry experts to cover the following topics at our 2021 Quantum Leap Workshops:

·         The Centaurus Mastermind Program

·         Client Communication in Challenging Times – Do You and Your Staff Have a Plan of Action?

·         Effective Virtual Client Meetings With the Right Technology

·         How to Mine Your CRM for Targeted Marketing

·         How to Make Client Events an Integral Part of Your Marketing Plan

·         Exciting New Technology Initiatives at Centaurus

·         Fixed Income/Safe Money Strategies

·         Growing Your Practice Through Acquisitions

·         And many more!
