Taking place in Chicago, Zenith Officer Institute is Phi Kappa Tau's largest officer training program intended for Chapter Presidents, Recruitment Chairmen, Membership Orientation Officers, and Treasurers. Chapters are expected to send all four of their newly elected or returning officers to the program. Participant substitutions can be made on case-by-case basis.
The deadline to register is December 5th, 2025. We encourage you to have your officer elections prior to Thanksgiving to ensure the new officers have ample time to plan their attendance. The program will take place January 8-11 at the Hilton Rosemont Chicago O’Hare (5550 North River Road, Rosemont IL).
Up to 70% travel cost reimbursement may be available through the Chapter Educational Grant Fund through the Phi Kappa Tau Foundation. If you need assistance please contact your Chapter Services Consultant and we can connect you with the Phi Kappa Tau Foundation.

Participants will be expected to arrive by 5:00 PM CT on Thursday, January 8 and depart by 11:00 AM CT on Sunday January 11. Participants flying in will be expected to fly into Chicago O'Hare Airport, those flying into Midway will be responsible for their own transportation to the conference hotel.
