In this workshop we'll talk about the ways that opportunity, synchronicity and our choices shape our future.

On our journey together we'll will venture down the trail participating in Shinrin Yoku, which is a process of taking in our surroundings with mindfulness during a leisurely stroll to the midway mark where we will enjoy rock art painting, cairn building and discussion at a beach on the South Fork of the American River.

This is an outdoor workshop. Traditionally Fall in Coloma is pretty mild in mid-October, but it could be hot or chilly. This is an easy, flat 1 mile loop trail, but trail shoes are recommended. Plan to wear comfortable walking pants/shorts and a light overlay for clothing.

You'll need to bring water, (snack if you like) and a journal/pen.
