Columbia University Irving Medical Center invites you to join the leading educators from Columbia University, addressing Transthyretin cardiac amyloidosis (ATTR-CA), which is an underdiagnosed infiltrative cardiomyopathy resulting from the deposition of misfolded transthyretin proteins in the heart. Early detection and a multidisciplinary approach are essential for effective management.

Learning Objectives
•Clinical presentation, diagnostic methods and risk stratification of patients with newly diagnosed ATTR-CA.
•Management of patients with newly diagnosed systemic ATTR.
•Management of various organ involvement.
•Discuss and develop consensus in guidelines for managing relapsed and refractory cases, including the role of salvage therapies and experimental approaches.
