Session 1 (3:00-3:45) Commercial Real Estate Economic Forecast with Rebecca DeJoseph, Vice President and Senior Economist at Econsult Solutions, Inc. Rebecca will discuss Commercial Real Estate demand drivers from a national perspective, with state and local statistics, for a presentation you won't want to miss!

Session 2 (3:45-4:30) Building Safety & Security including active shooter discussion with Mitchell Brie from HealthCare Compliance Network.  Have you ever wondered what would happen if someone unauthorized entered your building with malicious intent?  Or what to do in the event someone has a medica/health emergency?  Hear from Mitch what the protocol can and should be for all offices and what your role as the FM needs to be.

Session 3  (4:30-5:15) Getting the FM on the C-Suite Agenda.  At this education session we will hear directly from a former member of the C-suite about how to get a seat at the table, how to sell yourself and your ideas to members of the executive team and how to understand what the executives are looking for from you, the Facility Manager.  Colleen Teears, our current President of the Philadelphia IFMA Chapter and recently retired SVP of Facility Management at Radian, will be interviewing Anita Scott, former Executive Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer, prior to her retirement in 2021.  Come join us for this fireside chat and a fun and interactive education session.
