Topic:  Benefits of investment in workplace wellbeing

In a constantly changing world, it’s only natural to see trends in workplace design come and go – but one sector has been more apprehensive to embrace it all. The workplace has long prioritized dedicated private offices, confidentiality, and file storage. However, in the past few years, we’ve seen a major shift toward shared collaboration space (both open and closed), large work cafes for socialization, smaller and fewer offices, and work-from-home policies. We will discuss how to successfully implement wellness strategies in workplace design to create physical and emotional comfort while respecting the unique nuances of office work.
