VIRTUAL CONFERENCE

Updates on recent advances and optimal management of kidney transplantation in a one-day course.

Video Recordings

Following the program, all registrants will have ONE month to review lecture video recordings.


Learning Objectives
1. Describe the risk of chronic kidney disease after nephrectomy and the latest advances in treatment options.
2. Discuss current practice and recent advances for complications pre-and post-kidney transplant.
3. List the most recent results of the new Kidney Allocation System.

As a designated Approved Provider by the American Board for Transplant Certification (ABTC), Columbia University grants up to 6.25 Category 1 Continuing Education Points for Transplant Coordinators (CEPTCs) for this offering.  CEPTC Approval Number: #1000-20.


Physician Assistants

PAs may claim a maximum of 6.75 Category 1 credits for completing this activity. NCCPA accepts AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™ from organizations accredited by ACCME or a recognized state medical society.

Nurse Practitioners

The American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) recognizes the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) as approved accreditors and allow reciprocity for AANPCP continuing education credit. Maximum of 6.75 hours.
