Ford MDA will be hosting its 12th Annual Conference at The Breakers Palm Beach located in Palm Beach, FL.  We invite you to make the most of your stay with the best of The Breakers Palm Beach Resort acclaimed restaurants, endless activities and truly tailored service. It's a historic, Italian Renaissance Revival style luxury resort on a private beach that is within a 5-minute walk from the Flagler Museum, a 5-minute drive from West Palm Beach and within a mile of restaurants, shops and galleries. Amenities include two (2) golf courses, 10 tennis courts, four (4) pools, on-site shopping, a fitness center and a spa. The Breakers Palm Beach Resort has a total of nine (9) restaurants and several lounges.

GENERAL ATTENDANCE FAQ

 

COVID-19 GUIDELINES FOR ONSITE DURING THE FORD MDA ANNUAL MEETING:

While onsite at the Ford MDA 2025 Annual Meeting in Palm Beach, FL, we will be abiding by the guidelines set in place by the State of Florida and The Breakers Palm Beach at the time of the program. Currently, there is no Mask mandate or Vaccine requirements for guests at The Breakers Palm Beach, but if this changes prior to the start of our program, Ford MDA will abide by any guidelines that are put in place to allow us to host our program. Notifications will be sent out of any changes to this policy. 

Our guests are welcome to wear Masks and we expect that all guests will respect the choices and comfort level of one another if they choose to do so.  Masks will be available at the Ford MDA Registration Desk if needed.  

We will also ask that any guest that feels any symptoms of COVID-19 or any other illness, or knows that they have been recently exposed to someone who has tested positive for COVID-19, excuse themselves from the program, or if already onsite, quarantine themselves in their Hotel room and notify the Onsite Meeting staff to discuss next steps. Symptoms include but are not limited to fever, cough, body ache, sore throat, fatigue, new loss of taste or smell or any feeling of being unwell. 

 

HOW DO I BOOK MY HOTEL TO ATTEND IN PERSON?

Rooms must be reserved before Monday, May 19th or room rates may increase.

 

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE FOR THE CONFERENCE?

Dress code for entire event is Business Casual.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE IS A SCHEDULE CHANGE?

Any schedule changes will be communicated to all attendees as early as possible. Small changes may be made to the agenda as it gets finalized but they should not affect your travel or participation in the event. 

WHAT MEALS WILL BE SERVED AT THE CONFERENCE?

Starting on Thursday, June 19th, Lunch, afternoon break and a Welcome Reception will be available.  On Friday, Breakfast, Lunch, Reception, Dinner and Breaks will be provided. On Saturday morning, Breakfast. 

DO MEETING ROOMS HAVE WIRELESS INTERNET?

Yes, all sleeping rooms and meeting space at the The Brakers Palm Beach have basic wireless internet.  In the sleeping rooms, you will access the internet using your room number and your last name. If you need increased bandwidth (such as for streaming HD Video) it will be available from The Breakers Palm Beach for an additional daily cost.

REGISTRATION & HOTEL ROOMS

All Vendors who will be attending the meeting must register for the meeting, and book your hotel rooms individually.  We have a separate link for both of those actions:

 ONSITE BOOTH SETUP

The Vendor booths will be onsite in the Ponce de Leon 6 Room located on the First Floor.  You can access the area to set up your booth on Wednesday, June 18th. As part of your membership benefit, each vendor will be supplied a 6ft. skirted table and you are allowed a backdrop with the same circumference width wise.  You can begin to break down on Friday evening or Saturday morning if you don’t plan on joining us for the Golf Outing or offsite excursion. We will leave that up to you.  

SWAG

All vendors are requested to send trinkets for 170 SWAG bags. All shipments must be sent as follows:

Yes, upon request when info is available.  If you would like to communicate with Dealers before the show, we recommend you download the App.  


WHEN THE BOOTH REPS GET ON SITE TO SET UP THE BOOTH, WHERE WILL THEIR PACKAGES BE? 

Booth Reps will need to contact The Breakers Palm Beach shipping and receiving department to arrange for packages to be picked up or delivered from The Breakers Palm Beach; please call the shipping office at (561) 655-6611. 

ARE ANY RAFFLE PRIZES BEING DONE/ANNOUNCED AT THE SHOW OR CAN WE DO THEM RIGHT AT OUR BOOTH?

Vendors can choose to do raffles at their booths. 

AT THE END OF THE SHOW, HOW DO BOTH REPS SHIP BACK THEIR PACKAGES?

Booth reps will have to contact The Breakers Palm Beach's shipping and receiving department to arrange for packages to be shipped; please call the shipping office at (561) 655-6611 .  They accept all forms of shipping (i.e. UPS, USPS & Fed Ex). See Dee Suber if you have any other questions.
