2026 MEA Exhibitor RFP

We invite you to submit a proposal to participate as a 2026 MEA exhibitor on Thursday, Oct. 15.

The Minnesota Educator Academy (MEA) conference is a union-sponsored professional development event for Education Minnesota members and college students studying to be educators. In addition to valuable training, we provide space for exhibitors to share their knowledge and expertise.

Interested businesses and organizations must complete a request for proposal (RFP) to be considered for an exhibit space. Proposals will be reviewed by the MEA conference team and decisions will be made the last week in July. To support one of the Education Minnesota organizational priorities, special consideration will be given to exhibitors who center their work around racial equity and social justice.

Exhibit details:

• ONE booth per company or organization
• Cost: $650*
• RFP's due by midnight on July 17
• Accepted organizations notified by July 31
• Credit card payments must be received by Aug. 14

Exhibit timeline:

• Preferred set-up hours: Wed. Oct. 14, 8-10 p.m.
• If needed set-up hours: Thurs. Oct. 15, 6-7 a.m.
• Exhibits will be open to conference attendees Thurs. Oct. 15 - 7:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.
• Exhibits cannot be dismantled until 2:30 p.m.
• Teardown must be completed by 6:30 p.m. on Thurs. Oct. 15
