This is the information and registration page for the EWFA Annual Membership Meeting, a unique event about window films in Europe.
In 2026, the EWFA Annual Membership Meeting will take place in Venice, Italy, on Wed. 25th March 2026.
This event is free of charge, and open to EWFA members and selected non-members.
King single use: € 110,00 per room/night (service charge and 10% VAT included). Breakfast included.
Double room: € 110,00 per room/night (service charge and 10% VAT included). Breakfast included.
A wellness centre is available (swimming pool, sauna, gym).
While the event is free of charge, room bookings will have to be made directly by participants.

GETTING THERE FROM THE AIRPORT
The different options to arrive to the hotel are as follows:
- By bus: 15 minutes. One direct connection from the airport through bus lines 5 or 15 (bus frequency every 15 minutes). Stop at "Orlanda Appia" bus stop (about 12 stops from the airport).
