Colin Koproske is a senior researcher and presenter at EAB, a firm providing strategy advice, technology, and enrollment services to the education sector worldwide. His work at EAB has focused on academic affairs in higher education.
Josh Williams serves as the Managing Director at EAB with a primary focus on hardwiring data governance for partners via the Education Data Hub.
LaWanda Hill joined the staff of New Leaders in 2014 as the Director of the Aspiring Principals Program and is currently the Executive Director of Program Implementation in Birmingham, Alabama, Eastern North Carolina, and now Guilford County Schools.
A nationally certified principal mentor, Kimberly serves as the Executive Director of Program Implementation for New Leaders’ partnerships in Washington, DC; Louisville, KY; and Baltimore, MD.

Priscilla Aquino Garza is the Director of Policy at Educate Texas and is responsible for K-12 policy strategy and implementation related to college and career readiness and effective teaching.
Dr. Kelty Garbee is the director of programs at Educate Texas, focusing on our higher education portfolio, including efforts in dual credit, education-workforce partnerships and rural education.
Beth Garcia teaches ESL methods and language development for the Education Department at West Texas A&M University. She is the author and co-author of publications in adolescent literacy, second language learning, and cultural diversity.
