This is the registration page for the EWFA Annual Membership Meeting, an event free of charge which will take place this year in Rome, Italy, on Thursday 29th November 2018. When registering via the Register button above, kindly note that this event is open to all stakeholders in the window film industry, while the EWFA Council meeting on Friday 30th November is only open to EWFA Council members.

The location chosen for the meeting, Hotel Mediterraneo, is a 4-star art deco style hotel situated close to the Termini train station, which will allow meeting participants to get a grasp of the city during these two days.

How to get there from the airport:
From Leonardo da Vinci/Fiumicino airports by train: Inside the airport terminal you will find the local train which takes you directly to Termini Station. You will find Via Cavour on your left as you exit the train station. A 100 meters down Via Cavour you will find the Hotel Mediterraneo on your right. Cost of ticket: € 14.00. The trip is about 45 minutes long.
From Leonardo da Vinci/Fiumicino airports by taxi: A fixed fare from the airports to central Rome has been introduced: € 48.00 from Leonardo da Vinci/Fiumicino Airports.This price is for up to 4 people and their luggage, no extras should be charged. Beware of non official cabs, and take your white official taxi from the stand outside the airport arrivals. The trip is about 35 minutes long.
From Ciampino airport by bus: You will find the bus outside the airport. Ticket cost varies between bus companies, ranging from € 4.00 to € 7.00. The trip is about 45 minutes long.
From Ciampino airport by taxi: A fixed fare from the airports to central Rome has been introduced: € 30.00 from Ciampino Airport. The trip is about 30 minutes long.

While the event is free of charge, room bookings should be made directly by participants. 20 rooms have been pre-booked for your convenience. Please kindly book your room individually using this registration form and sending it back directly to Hotel Mediterraneo.
Double room single use: 126 €, plus 6 € city tax per person per night. The room includes breakfast, VAT and wifi.
