FAQ's
When to arrive for optional networking activity ?
You will meet at 12:30 PM in the lobby of the Camelback for your optional networking activity on the 22nd.
If you are golfing, arrive at the Camelback Golf Club no later tehan 12:45 PM on the 22nd
What to Pack
There is no official dress code. Dress appropriately using your best judgment. The weather will be in the high 70's to mid 80's during the day and will drop to the mid 50's during the evening.
The Welcome Cocktail and Awards Dinner will be held outside. A light sweater is advised for the evenings. For the Welcome Cocktail and Awards Dinner, the ground outside will either be grass or slate. We do not advise high spiked heels for safety reasons.
Awards Dinner White Out: You do not have to buy anything fancy for the awards dinner. White dresses, skirts, pants, shirts, etc. are all acceptable. If you do not have white pants, pink pants/skirt/shorts, are OKAY. A white shirt with nice dress pants/skirt/shorts, etc. are OKAY as well. Your outfit may have a pattern or print on it or some color. Remember your POP of deka fuschia!

Travel Itinerary
When booking flights, plan to arrive on Tuesday, October 22nd or before 10:30am on Wednesday, October 23rd if you will be attending an optional networking event. Be sure to arrive in time to join us at the Welcome Cocktail for all attendees starting at 6:30 PM on October 23rd. The last event will end at 5 PM on Friday, September 25.
