About Our Speaker:
Anthony S. Potter, Esquire, Offit Kurman, P.C., is an equity principal and chair of Offit Kurman’s Construction Law Practice Group and
is a resident of the firm’s Harrisburg, Pennsylvania Office. Mr. Potter focuses his practice on counseling architects, engineers, landscape architects, surveyors and other design professionals in design and construction contracting, government contracting, construction litigation, administrative law, professional licensing and professional ethics matters.

Mr. Potter serves as outside general counsel to AIA Pennsylvania, and the American Council of Engineering Companies Pennsylvania.  He was recently appointed as Chairman of its Legal Counsel Forum and is a long-time member of DVASE and SEAoP.  He is also a member of the Penn State Harrisburg Advisory Board for the Structural Design & Construction Engineering Technology and Civil Engineering Programs. Mr. Potter has authored amicus briefs to the Pennsylvania Supreme Court on behalf of A/E/C trade associations.  He frequently provides seminars and lectures at national, regional, and statewide forums on topics including construction contract documents, construction delivery methods, design and construction errors and omissions, risk management, construction and project management, construction litigation and design professional ethics.
