Program Overview
We are pleased to announce the inaugural Heart Failure Research Symposium. The Symposium will feature presentations from our esteemed faculty and fellows, who will share their cutting edge research and innovations. Additionally, we will have a keynote address on the transformative impact of research in modern medicine.
This event is recommended for residents, fellows, medical students, junior researchers and all other providers who are part of the NewYork-Presbyterian, Weill Cornell Medicine, Columbia University Irving Medical Center or one of our affiliates. This promises to be an inspiring and informative day, fostering collaboration and knowledge among those committed to improving the outcomes of the patients we care for.

Joint Accreditation Statement
In support of improving patient care, this activity has been planned and implemented by Amedco LLC and Columbia University Surgery. Amedco LLC is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), to provide continuing education for the healthcare team.
Physicians
Amedco LLC designates this live activity for a maximum of 2.50 AMA Category 1 Credits for physicians. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extend of their participation in the activity.
Nurse Practitioners
The Amedco Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) recognizes the Accreditation Council For Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), as approved accreditors and allow reciprocity for AANPCP continuing medical credit.
Physician Assistants
PA's may claim a maximum of 2.50 Category 1 credits for completing this activity. NCCPA accepts AMA PRA Category 1 Credits from organizations accredited by ACCME or a recognized state medical society.
