
Join the Virtual Sprout Grower Training Course on May 12–14, 2026 (11:00 AM–4:00 PM EST) to learn sprout-specific food safety practices and how to comply with the FDA Produce Safety Rule. This live, instructor-led course is based on the third edition of the Sprout Safety Alliance (SSA) training curriculum. It is designed for sprout growers, regulators, and anyone interested in sprout safety to help you understand and implement the Produce Safety Rule, specifically the requirements applicable to sprout operations. Participants will engage in interactive discussions, complete learning assessments, and receive an official SSA Sprout Grower Training Certificate upon successful completion.
