Please read and acknowledge on your registration form.
I acknowledge that ELH2022 and/or its agents will be taking photographs and/or video of the events referenced in this registration form and that I may appear in those photographs and/or recordings. I hereby give my permission to ELH2022 to utilize the event photographs and videos for marketing, promotional, business development and other business matters.
All requests for cancellations and/or refunds must be received in writing at ELH@schoolhouseconnection.org. Please reference your registration confirmation number and the name of the person registered.
Substitutions are allowed, and registrations are transferable up to 72 hours prior to the event without penalty. Simply e-mail ELH@schoolhouseconnection.org, and include your name, agency, and confirmation number, as well as the name and contact information of the person that will be replacing you by March 3, 2022.
Impact of COVID-19:
We are hopeful that an in-person event can proceed as planned by March 2022, and SchoolHouse Connection and our event partners will take all necessary steps to keep participants safe. Conference participants will be required to abide by health and safety protocols at all times while attending this event – these may include social distancing, mask-wearing, hand-washing, and other health and safety protocols recommended and/or required by the CDC, local Boards of Health, the venue, and/or SchoolHouse Connection to safely host this event.
As we've learned over the past year, the pandemic continues to be a rapidly evolving situation. While vaccination efforts are ramping up nationwide and efforts to contain the spread of COVID-19 are showing promise, we recognize that this situation could change. Should circumstances necessitate a shift to a virtual conference format, all participants will be notified no less than 60 days prior to the conference and will have the option to transfer their registration to the virtual event or request a registration refund.
Attendee Code of Conduct:
Any public space where other people are present holds an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 and other communicable diseases. By attending this event, I agree to voluntarily assume all risk related to exposure and agree to not hold SchoolHouse Connection or any of their affiliates including partners and sponsors, directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, volunteers, or sponsored venues liable for illness. I agree to abide by all health and safety protocols in effect at all times while attending this event – these may include engaging in appropriate social distancing, wearing a mask in public areas/meeting rooms when not consuming food or beverage, minimize face touching, frequently washing hands, and other health and safety protocols recommended and/or required by the CDC, local boards of health, the venue and/or SchoolHouse Connection to safely host this event. I agree to not attend any SchoolHouse Connection event if I feel ill or had recent exposure to a COVID-19 case.
