As the emergency communications industry prepares for rapid change and the implementation of Next Generation 9-1-1 services, it is imperative that our cadre of leaders are experts in guiding change and being innovative in their thinking.  The Communications Executive Leadership Academy (CELA) is designed to challenge current or aspiring Directors of Emergency Communications Center and arm them with baseline knowledge of what is to come.  Come spend a week in New Orleans with the leadership of the Orleans Parish Communication District (New Orleans 911/311) and hear their stories of success, failure and collaborate with our industry leaders.
