·       7:45am - begin loading outside Madison Concourse Hotel

·       8:00am – 1st departure from Madison Concourse Hotel to Madison College

2 buses will run loops from the Concourse to Madison College. 

ADDITIONAL STOPS AT UW-Madison

o   ADDED for HAVURAH production (@ UW-Madison-Vilas Hall/Mitchell Theatre)

o   beginning at 10:15am buses will ADD stop  @ UW-Madison

o   Buses will PICK-UP from UW-Madison @ 1pm & continue loops to Concourse Hotel & Madison College throughout the day.

o   ADDED for CTRL+ALT+DELETE production (@ UW-Madison-Vilas Hall/Hemsley Theatre) 

o   beginning @ 2:45pm (3:30pm curtain).

o   Buses will PICK-UP from UW-Madison @ 5:30pm & continue loops to Concourse Hotel & Madison College.      

·       Buses will begin pick-up again at 6:30pm from Madison Concourse Hotel to Madison College for evening productions/events. Shuttles will run until 11pm.
