FSL Workshop 2018
How do students learn to make meaning from conversations in a second language?

Join us for our Free Educators FSL Workshop

This highly interactive workshop takes a closer look at the importance of receptive language skills in the second language classroom. To better appreciate these skills, a variety of “meaning making” theories will be introduced. Participants will then experience these theories through a series of activities that engage their own listening skills in both a first and second language context. Implications for the teaching of listening skills in the second language classroom will be discussed.
