This camp has been created with IRONMAN
Langkawi in mind. The training camp has been organised 3 weeks before race day:
the perfect time frame to do some intensive training, recover and then feel the
fitness gains for race day! In this camp your sessions will be led by
experienced coaches and athletes who have raced the Langkawi course before, as
well as supported by a professional bike mechanic. Seminars will also be held
on race strategy, nutrition, bike fit and bike maintenance. No Ironman is easy,
and Langkawi is supposed to be the 2nd toughest out there, but we
hope to make your race as painless as possible.
