Dow Chemical and the Energy Charter Secretariat are pleased to invite you to the Energy Charter Industry Advisory Panel (IAP) Meeting. The meeting will be held in Brussels on 4 June 2019 and will be devoted to balancing investment protection with the governments' challenge of reducing carbon emissions.
