Cervicogenic headache (CGH) is a complex clinical condition, often challenging conventional treatment approaches. This session will explore CGH through the lens of pain phenotyping, highlighting how individuals with the same diagnosis may present with distinct clinical features and underlying pain mechanisms. Emphasis will be placed on translating a pain phenotyping framework into patient management, moving beyond diagnosis-based thinking alone to support more comprehensive and individualized care.
