This course is designed to provide clinicians with practical, evidence-based strategies for developing individualized exercise programs while actively engaging in collaborative learning. Participants will explore key principles including progression, load management, frequency, intensity, navigating pain and more, all within the context of real-world clinical decision-making. A central feature of this course is its interactive format, incorporating breakout sessions and guided group discussions that allow participants to apply concepts in a dynamic setting. Through small-group case studies, attendees will work together to design, critique, and refine exercise programs for patients with musculoskeletal presentations. These sessions encourage peer-to-peer learning, critical thinking, and the exchange of clinical experiences. Facilitated discussions will further deepen understanding by addressing common challenges such as dosing for complex patients, modifying interventions based on response, and improving patient adherence. By the end of the course, participants will be more confident in prescribing precise exercise dosages, adapting programs in real time, and collaborating with others to enhance patient outcomes.
