This lecture will attempt to flip the conversation from “avoiding burnout” to “chasing enthusiastic longevity”.  The talk goes deeper than semantics by spelling out three key pillars that when properly developed serve as a recipe of enthusiastic longevity that can be created by nearly anyone anywhere with proper intention and execution.  We will discuss how to identify great companies to work for, how to build a company worth working for, and roles that everyone has in creating burnout free professional environments.
