The presenter will model tools to identify current culture and use resources to support building an inclusive culture. Exploration of unconscious and implicit bias concepts will lay the foundation for awareness with the goal of ensuring students develop a sense of belonging. Special attention on ways of cultivating relationships with CLD students and families will be addressed.
