This workshops looks to introduce students to the potential of Rasa work. Rooted in a rich history of Indian religious and performance culture, the Rasas give actors a different language to unpacking emotions and performance potential. Full disclosure, I consider myself a student of this work, hardly a seasoned expert, so those with previous experience are welcomed to contribute and join us! Be prepared to move and sweat!
