We discuss how light interacts with objects to create the colors we see, the difference between additive and subtractive color mixing, and different types of filters used in subtractive color. Building from simple RGB additive mixing to more complex combinations, we next discuss the impact of those options on how colored objects appear. The class concludes with a discussion on the concept of metamers and the new frontier of what color can be."
